The largest of Robot Coupe’s line of compact commercial stick blenders, the CMP400 VV provides impressive commercial performance and capacity, whilst still being lightweight and easy to use. With its powerful 420W motor and ultra-strong stainless steel blending blade, the CMP400 makes short work of up to 73 litres of preparation – a huge capacity for a blender this size. Despite its power, the Robot Coupe can still do delicate preparations though, as the variable speed control ensures you get the results you’re looking for, whether that’s a delicious soup, sauce or puree. Cleaning is easy too, thanks to the patented dismountable system which allows you to remove foot and blade with ease.
