Intuitive touch screen control makes it easy to get the results you’re looking for, as you can programme up to 15 steps, each with up to 10 levels of humidity – incredible precision for an oven this size. The controls even allow you to set timers for each rack, meaning you’ll know exactly when the pan is ready to remove.
